Conceptual experimental noise material, calling for a state of special energy tuning. The album was inspired by Gilles Deleuze, especially his idea, that "the deepest is the skin, we live on the surface of the skin". However, which has always been typical for Sirotek, the album has an immediate autobiographical basis as well. The idea for "Under The Skin" came a grim September afternoon when the author went to his native school garden to recruit fallen leaves there for the recording, during which the text to the composition also emerged. Experiences of abnormal body temperature during illness formed the basis of the long-term trance "38.3".

Концептуальный 44-минутный материал, взывающий к состоянию особой энергетической настройки и заставляющий вспомнить слова Жиля Делёза о том, что "именно следуя границе, огибая поверхность, мы переходим от тел к бестелесному". Однако, что всегда было характерно для Sirotek, альбом имеет и непосредственную автобиографическую основу. Идея для "Under The Skin", например, пришла мрачноватым сентябрьским днем, когда автор отправился в родной школьный палисадник, чтобы набрать там опавших листьев для их записи, в процессе которой возник и текст к композиции. Переживания же аномальной температуры тела во время болезни легли в основу продолжительного транса "38.3". "Глубочайшее - это кожа, мы живем на поверхности кожи".
